Kenya – Cross-Border Storytelling Workshops
With Community Development Solutions (CDS), we ran a virtual storytelling workshop for youth with non-traditional academic and work experience.
We focused on helping participants name the skills they’ve built through informal work, and share their stories with confidence — for interviews, applications, and beyond.
Delivered fully through dialogue, voice notes, and worksheets — no tech barrier.
India – Confidence Circles in Government Schools
In Faridabad, we led in-person confidence and aspiration sessions for senior school girls.
We used storytelling, peer sharing, and our 3-step reflection model to help students speak about their lives, goals, and strengths — in their own words and in their own language.
We continue to offer follow-up mentorship circles and hope to expand across Haryana and Punjab.
