At The ElevatEd, we design safe, interactive spaces where students—especially girls—can reflect, express, and dream. Our signature workshops follow a 3W Mentorship Framework:

Who You Are, What You Bring, and Where You’re Going.

Each session blends storytelling, group dialogue, and fun low-pressure activities, empowering students to find clarity and confidence in their personal and career journeys.

🌱 Workshop 1: Who You Are

Focus: Self-expression, identity, and confidence

Activities:

• Pass the Expression: Explore how emotions shape communication in a fun circle game.

• My Favorite Thing: Practice public speaking by sharing something you love.

• One Word Story: Collaborate to build a story, one word at a time.

Goal: Help students feel heard, seen, and celebrated for who they are.

💼 Workshop 2: What You Bring

Focus: Skills, strengths, and values

Activities:

• Mirror Mirror: Build trust through non-verbal communication and observation.

• Skill Mapping Circle: Reflect on what you’re good at, and how it’s useful.

• Group Gratitude Exercise: Identify how each person contributes to a team.

Goal: Enable students to recognize their unique strengths and how they matter.

🚀 Workshop 3: Where You’re Going

Focus: Vision, goals, and mentorship

Activities:

• Dream Map: Students draw or write their aspirations—big or small.

• Career Q&A: Talk through different career paths in an open, relatable way.

• Letter to Future Self: Write a message to the version of you 5 years from now.

Goal: Leave students with hope, direction, and the courage to imagine more.
