About Us

Vision:

Career confidence shouldn't be reserved for the privileged.

Project elevatED exists to bring human-centered, purpose-driven mentorship to students and early professionals who are often excluded from traditional career ecosystems — especially across India and Kenya.

We believe that clarity, confidence, and professional identity are basic tools, not elite assets.

Who We Are:

Launched informally in 2020, Project elevatED began by mentoring 100+ students across India. In 2025, it was reimagined as a pro bono-first initiative focused on making career storytelling, self-belief, and access to mentorship available to young people navigating professional spaces for the first time.

We work with students who:

  • Have potential, but lack networks

  • Have ambition, but lack guidance

  • Have stories, but don’t know how to tell them

We currently partner with schools, NGOs, and community groups to deliver workshops and small-cohort mentoring experiences in low-resource settings.

Our Approach: The 3W Model (Who, What, Where)

We use a verbal, low-tech, and reflection-based framework that guides students through:

  • Who am I? → Building confidence through identity and self-awareness

  • What can I do? → Recognizing informal work, life skills, and unseen strengths

  • Where can I go? → Translating aspiration into action with tangible next steps

All sessions are contextual, culturally grounded, and low-barrier — built to run without projectors, platforms, or pretense.
